T&C CryptoJar

By using CJar you consent to the following Terms and Conditions.

Parties and Definitions

  • User; The user who is using CryptoJar, in other words you
  • Service; CryptoJar, otherwise known as CJar
  • Team; The CryptoJar team as officially known
  • Platform; Discord, on which CryptoJar runs
  • Partners; Appointed representatives of listed coins
  • Jar; Your personal crypto collection on CryptoJar

General

CJar can change the T&C in the future based on developments; if a change occurs we will notify you immediately on the appropriate channels on Discord. If you keep using CJar you automatically agree on the new T&C.

1. Account and Jar Responsibility

To use CJar you have to follow the specific guidelines of the platform. You are responsible for your own jar and your own account.

1.1 If the platform decides to terminate the account linked to CJar we won’t recover your jar, unless we rule it as an exception, which may include but are not exclusive to:

  • Accounts which got provably hacked and therefore banned
  • Accounts with a large amount of funds, which will be decided upon by the team
  • Accounts of reputable partners

Note: If your case falls under these categories we can still refuse to recover the account.

To initiate an account recovery review, the user must provide the team with a detailed explanation and documentation regarding the platform's decision to terminate the account. Failure to provide this information may result in refusal to recover the jar.

1.2 We won’t recover your jar for reasons which include but are not exclusive to:

  • Your account has been terminated multiple times
  • You have received multiple warnings over breaking rules
  • When you harass the team because your account got terminated by the platform

2. Prohibited Uses

With use of CJar you are not allowed to do the following, these will result in a termination of your jar, which is final and immediate;

  • Use CJar as a form of scamming people out of their money
  • Exploit CJar by making use of bots
  • Try to exploit CJar by using loopholes that may present itself
  • Doxx team and community members or use this information to extort people
  • Use CJar to harass people

3. Intellectual Property

CJar reserves all the rights to the intellectual-property made by the team. By submitting content, the user grants CJar a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content for marketing and operational purposes, with appropriate credit to the user where feasible. CJar owns all the logo’s, images, theming and the service itself. Users are allowed to use related intellectual property for communication, but not for commercial purposes.

4. Liability

CJar and the team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (d) any loss of funds not proven to be the result of the direct and intentional fault of the Service.

5. Termination Requests

For termination of the user’s jar and attached information, as highlighted by the Privacy Policy, the user can request the termination by email;
